Hi, I’m Ellen Kirchman.   I’m a leader with a strong background in management, strategic planning, training, process improvement and project management.  I enjoy collecting training requirements and developing courses that meet the business’ needs.  Management and peers know me as a positive, enthusiastic, collaborative and inspirational leader who exceeds customer expectations.   

I’m based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.    I’ve lived in this area almost all of my life and know the businesses and culture well.

My passion is to help companies solve business problems with the proper training, and organizational team support.  My work includes understanding the business issue, helping the company reframe the challenge (if necessary), assist in learning & development, while providing maximum ROI, and customizing the training to meet business needs.  

My strong project management skills (PMP), business skills (MBA), excellent communication skills and diplomatic nature make me uniquely able to understand internal or external client business objectives and customize training to communicate these successfully for the organization.
